By installing or using the Cove mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use the App.
Zeroneo Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

The App’s file management and “save web resource” features are general-purpose utilities, analogous to a web browser’s built-in “Save Page” feature. You agree not to use these features to save or distribute copyrighted content without explicit authorization from the copyright holder.
To respect copyright, we maintain a domain blocklist covering major content platforms; the saving feature is not enabled on those pages.
Copyright holders who believe their rights are infringed should see our DMCA Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL Zeroneo Studio BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The App functions as a web browser. Content, services, and advertisements displayed on third-party websites are not controlled or endorsed by Zeroneo Studio. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions. All in-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy; contact Apple Support.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove functionality at any time without notice if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in behavior that risks the App’s continued availability on the App Store.
These Terms are between you and Zeroneo Studio, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
